Avocado and Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients

    • 4 whole wheat English muffins cut in half
    • 4-6 pieces cooked turkey bacon
    • 1 avocado cut in slices
    • 1 cup egg whites cooked and cut in quarters
    • 4 slices provolone cheese
    • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1Cook egg whites and bacon according to instructions.

  2. 2Split English muffins in half.

  3. 3Layer turkey bacon on bottom half of English muffins.

  4. 4Place one quarter egg whites, a few avocado slices, salt and pepper, and 1 slice cheese on top.

  5. 5Place English muffin on top and bake in toaster oven until cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
