1In large bowl add flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Pre-heat skillet to medium high heat and spray with non-stick oil. Dip turkey bacon into batter, make sure it's completely coated. Place on skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
