Turkey Bacon Pancake Dippers

Ingredients
for 8 servings

    • 8oz uncured nitrate free turkey bacon
    • ⅔ cup all purpose flour
    • ½ cup oat flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup milk
    • 3 tbsp. melted butter
    • 2 eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1In large bowl add flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Pre-heat skillet to medium high heat and spray with non-stick oil. Dip turkey bacon into batter, make sure it's completely coated. Place on skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
