Turkey Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
for 12 servings

    • 12 large fresh mushrooms
    • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
    • 1 clove garlic, minced/pressed
    • 4 turkey bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
    • 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350F.

  2. 2Remove stems from mushrooms and discard.

  3. 3Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushrooms caps. Place, filled sides up, in a shallow baking dish.

  4. 4Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
