Ingredients for 12 servings
- 12 large fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced/pressed
- 4 turkey bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1Heat oven to 350F.
2Remove stems from mushrooms and discard.
3Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushrooms caps. Place, filled sides up, in a shallow baking dish.
4Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
